Winter Solstice is upon us!

🍃 Winter Solstice: A Time to Listen

As Winter Solstice approaches—December 21, 2025—
the world grows quieter on purpose.

You can feel it on a cold, fog-soft morning.
That first breath of crisp air as you step outside.
The way the birds pause.
The water stills.
The earth turns inward.

Nature does not resist this moment.
She rests into it.

And we are part of that same living web.

Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—a sacred pause where darkness becomes a teacher rather than something to outrun. It invites us to slow, to reflect, to feel into the year that has shaped us and the season ahead that is quietly forming.

This is a time to release what no longer belongs on your path.
To soften what has been held too tightly.
To listen for what wants to be cultivated as the light slowly returns.

Not through force.
But through presence.

If you feel called to explore this inward turning—to reflect, release, and set intention in a way that honors both your nervous system and your deeper knowing—I welcome you to walk that deeper path with me. These thresholds are meant to be an invitation.

For now, let yourself quiet.
Let winter hold you.
The light knows when to return.
