SELF CARE, STRESS REDUCTION, AND THE ART OF MIND BODY MEDICINE WORKSHOP
This workshop is a one-day workshop that teaches about self-care, how to reduce stress and burnout and the art of applying mind- body medicine to your professional and personal life. This workshop is recommended for small groups of 15 with up to 30 participants. The information will be presented as a combination of mini-talks and experiential exercises.
