Consider this your invite to the sacred journey where you will learn about the unraveling of you, the power that is within, the ancient wisdom and modern day healing practices that will allow to you to walk your path with more clarity, purpose and meaning, to reduce stress and invite in the sacred and to reconnect with the power in nature to heal and transform your life.
This mini-course is an initiation process into powerful ancient wisdom and modern healing practices to illuminate, transform, and elevate your life.
You will learn simple yet profound sacred and modern healing practices These will include learning and understanding the power of sacred space and how to easily incorporate sacred space in your life, this is the initiation to powerful changes. Next, you will learn about breath-work, that is science based, to reduce stress in less than 5 minutes a day and meditation that connects you to the Earth. In the third mini-session you will learn about transformation and the patterns of change that actually work and also a bit on boundaries (we all need this) and as a bonus you will learn a nature therapy technique that incorporates yoga, walking in nature, mindfulness, meditation to listen and learn from the Earths elements. In the fourth session, the final session we will look at how elevation of our lives happens and what needs to happen to sustain those changes.
